We have taken great care in choosing the food we serve so that our guests can sample what is, in our opinion, some of the best that this part of Cornwall has to offer.
As far as possible we source all our food locally. Our sausages are made by Heard’s Family Butchers of Camelford, who also supply our hog’s and black pudding. Our milk and yogurt comes from Bradley’s dairy in Delabole, and we use traditionally cured Cornish smoked bacon.
Our eggs are local, very fresh, and free range of course! In season, tomatoes and soft fruit come from our local growers and farm shops.
On request we can provide locally smoked haddock.
Local, Cornish honey, homemade marmalade and locally produced or homemade preserves are always available.
Special diets- gluten/dairy free etc - can be easily catered for with just a little notice.
